The Villas Infinity Las Terrenas Dominican Republic New Construction are in construction phase started May 2019 construction time being 9 months.

Phase 1 will be the 7 villas and all administration buildings and infrastructure it will be finished just after the New Year 2021

The second phase is planned to start in the first quarter of 2021 again with the build scheduled for 9 months.

However due to sales and demand this phase may have to be brought forward and run in line with Phase 1

The payment structure is as follows

5% reservation fee

30% when the construction starts

30% when the roof on the first floor is finished

20% when the second floor roof is finished

10% when you receive the finished house

5% when you receive the property title
