Any person who can legally travel or reside in the United States, Canada and the European Union (including Great Britain) does not need a Visa to visit the Dominican Republic for tourist purposes and can enter the Dominican Republic with a Tourist Card and a valid passport.

American, Canadian, British and most European citizens do not require a visa to enter the Dominican Republic as tourists. The cost will be included with your flight ticket or you can purchase at your port of entry in the Dominican Republic of arriving by sea or land!

You will also be charged US$20 to exit the country payable at all ports of departure if you leave with in the 60 days allowed as a tourist stay, airlines will include this in your ticket price please check with them before you travel.
